They are easy to make and will save your busy mornings.

100g Almond flour
100g Protein powder (here Genuine Health fermented organic vegan protein Vanilla flavor)
100g Almond milk (unsweetened)
½ tsp baking soda
1 Organic egg (replace with flax-egg for a vegan version)
50g coconut oil
40g coconut sugar
1 handful dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350F
Add all of the wet ingredients into a bowl and mix them until combined.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined and a batter has formed.
Once it’s done, add a parchment paper to a baking sheet and form cookies (use your hands or a cookie scoop). Use the bottom of a spoon to flatten them on the baking sheet.
Top the cookies with dried cranberries.
Bake the cookies for about 15min. They should be golden brown on top.
